The 7 Wonders of the World

A teacher asked her students to write down the 7 wonders of the world. These were the answers.

1. Great Pyramids of Giza
2. Great Wall of China
3. Taj Mahal
4. Empire State Building

5. Grand Canyon
6. Panama Canal
7. Galapagos

But a girl answered differently from her friends. She wrote,

1.To See
2.To Hear
3.To Touch

4.To Taste
5.To Feel
6.To Laugh
7. To Love

Well, you can see that seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, feeling, laughing, and loving are the wonders of the world. We do not think of something that is far away from us or something that is very big. In fact, things that this girl wrote down are close to us. She appreciates something around her. She feel happy when she sees this beautiful world, and when she hears, touch, and love somebody. These things are under our nose. We usually think of a big house, new car, new mobile, and increasing bank account, which make us worried and blind for seeing what we already have.

The most precious things in life cannot be built by hand or bought by man. It's just to love and be loved in return. From "Moulin Rouge"
