13 Beloved Games

Yesterday, I went to Central Rama II to watch a movie "13 Beloved Game" at Major Cineplex. There were not many people around there even it was Saturday. I went there with Mr.1. He likes any triller films. We went straight to the guichet and got two movie tickets. We already booked two seats. And....Mr.1 paid for the bills. Hooooorayyyy.

Then we went to the counter of popcorn. Yeah, we got popcorn as well. We do not drink much soft drink, so we took a bottle of water.

Here is Popcorn!!

A sell person who is broke got a phone call from a mystery person. He had to accomplish 13 duties and then he would got 100 million bahts. The game was about the bravery and stupidity (I would say).
1. Use a newspaper to kill a fly.
2. Eat the fly which was recently killed.
3. Make three children cry.
4. Steal money from a begger.
5. Eat shits.
6. Fight with gangsters until the leader of the gang loses consciousness.
7. Take a dead body from a well.
8. Take a chair and slap on the back of a person.
9. Find a hint in order to play next.
10. Please an old lady until she is pleased.
11. Kill a dog or a lady.
12. Find a key in to stomach of a cow.
13. Kill dad.
So silly you see!!!

The man who played this game did not win because he could not complete the task 13. But he was killed by his dad instead. I do not talk much this film because I do not like much a triller. However, I think it's not appropriate for children. I do not like this film much because it's too agressive!!

New Day is Coming

Yesterday, Mr.1 gave me a song. Thank you so much na ka Mr. 1. I appreciate this song so much. Listen to this song at this link =>http://www.dseason.com/coolsong/coolsong_play.php?id=88

Thanks Mr. 1 so much. Merci beaucoup. Actually he told me to listen to especially the last part of the son. "Not too long, the morning is coming, a new day is coming. It will not that bad as you've been all day long today. Shortly, it will be over and everything is going to be nice. Now you will hold me go through the nightmare. It's gonna be better soon."
Mr.1 gave me English version song but I cannot find the lyric of the song.
I'm going to finish my individual paper soon. It means that the graduation is coming...

Chocolate Truffles

This is another recipe using the chocolate as an ingredient. Actually, there are many kinds of truffles, such as chocolate truffles and white chocolate truffles. It depends on the ingredients that you will add in the truffles. If you add the rum, you can call 'rum truffles'. If you add white chocolate, you can call 'white chocolate truffles'. The steps of making truffles are not far different. Let's see 'Chocolate Truffles' now.

For twenty four truffles
6 oz/175 g semisweet chocolate
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp confectioners' sugar
½ cup almonds
1 ¾ oz/50g grated chocolate

1. Melt the semisweet chocolate with the butter in a bowl set over a pan of hot water, stirring until well combined.
2. Stir in the confectioners' sugar and the ground almonds.

3. Let the mixture stand in a cool place until it is firm enough to roll.
4. Place the grated chocolate on a plate and roll the truffles in the chocolate to coat them.

5. Place the truffles in paper candy cases and let chill.

NOTE: You can use the mixture of chopped almonds and grated chocolate as well. Moreover, you can add your flavored liqueur in the truffles in order to have various tastes. This recipe is very easy, isn't it? Let's try!!

Chocolate Fruit Tarlets

Today, I feel tired of my paper a little bit. But I do not give it up, just wanna relax a little bit and think of something else.

So I want to keep my love recipe in this blog. I got many books from the US, including the recipes. I do love chocolate. But I have to limit myself because I will get fat. I wish to make and bake some. The first recipe is Chocolate Fruit Tarlets.

Serves six
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2/3 cup butter
3 tbsp superfine sugar
2-3 tbsp water
1 ¾ oz/50 g semisweet chocolate
½ cup chopped mixed nuts, toasted
12 oz/350 g prepared fruit
3 tbsp apricot jelly or red currant jelly

1. Sift the flour and cocoa into a mixing bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and rub into the flour with your fingertips until the mistrue resembles fine bread crumbs.

2. Stir in the sugar. Add enough of the water to mix to a soft dough - about 1-2 tablespoons. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.

3. Roll out the pie dough on a lightly floured counter and use to line 6 tarlet pans, each 4 iches/10 cm across. Prick the shells with a fork and line with a little crumpled foil. Bake in a preheated oven 190C, for 10 minutes.

4. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the pie dough is crisp.

5. Melt the chocolate. Spread out the toasted chopped mixed nuts on a plate. Remove the pie shells from the pans. Spread melted chocolate on the rims, then dip in the nuts. Let the chocolate set.

6. Arrange the fruit in the tarlet shells. Metl the jelly and brush it over the fruit. Chill the tarlets until required.

NOTE: In the steps 1-4, I think you can use crushed crackers instead of all-purpose flour. You do not need to bake it in the oven. You melt butter and mix it with crushed crackers. Then you press the mixture into the tarlet pans, prick the shells with a fork, and put them in the microwave about 5 minutes. You get the tarlet shells by using crackers pie, then you follow the steps 5 and 6. You will get another kind of tarlets. Moreover, you can fill whipped cream or solf cheese before topping with the fruit. Try!!! and tell me what you think.
